When you hire a skip, you will need to have a skip permit in place before you place it on a public highway (which includes pavements, roads and highways).

Harrogate Skip Hire can obtain a license on your behalf through Harrogate Borough Council. Normally a license is applied for with 3 or more days notice to the council.

However, if immediate delivery is required on to a public highway we can still obtain a license for you.
